Going green. My Actifit Report Card: November 13 2025

A few days ago, I saw a friend on Hive make a recipe for noodles made from zucchini, which reminded me that I used to make them too, and that it was a perfect way to “trick” my brain into eating healthy.

With the rush of everyday life, we don't take the time to watch what we eat, and we take the easy route when it comes to time, when the truth is that it takes the same amount of time to make a recipe that is both delicious and healthy.

It's not just about exercising, but also about learning to eat better.

En días pasados vi una a una amiga de hive hacer una receta que era de fideos hechos con zuchinni, lo cual me recordó que usualmente yo también los hacía y era una manera perfecta de "engañar" al cerebro y comer sano.

Con la premura del día a día no nos tomamos el tiempo de cuidar lo que ingerimos, y agarramos la vía fácil pensando en el tiempo, cuando la verdad es que nos toma la misma cantidad, hacer una receta que nos resulte deliciosa y saludable al mismo tiempo.

No es solo ejercitarse, sino también aprender a comer mejor.

At one point, I adopted a vegetarian lifestyle, but when I got into a relationship, I had to adapt and lost those habits. Now I'm getting back into it and trying to get my children to accept green foods in their meals too.

Oh! @mamaemigrantefit that would be nice for the kids, vegetables are nourishing and you can also get good nutrients for them, especially vitamins which are beneficial to their bone density and general well-being.
