After so much pain and so much soul-searching, the best thing I’ve done lately has been to raise the bar in every aspect of my life.

Restoring my emotional and physical balance is my goal for now. In the meantime, my ankle hardly hurts anymore, but I’m not pushing it, so it can heal completely.

Después de tanto dolor y de tanto pensar, lo mejor que he hecho en estos días ha sido subir la barrera, en todos los aspectos de mi vida.

Lograr restablecer el equilibrio emocional y físico es la meta por los momentos. Mientras tanto, mi tobillo ya casi no me duele, pero no lo forzo, para que se restablezca por completo.
