If you are in good health, your life will be good
I just finished a 5.5km running that lasted about 0hh:33mm:20ss !
Good morning friends how are you all I hope you are all very well and healthy aslam left to share my daily activity with you one more thing i want to say that if you are in good health your life will be good this is the main thing.
If your body is not good then you can never eat but if you suffer from daily illness then you and your family will face many dangers.
So whatever you do in life, keep your body straight first and then do other things. If you have to do something with your body that is life threatening, then I don't think it should be done.
So love life, love health and be in good health
