Saludos amigos de
Actifit, el pasado domingo, antes de irme a reunirme con algunos de los chicos de Distrito Capital, quienes están entrando a la Comunidad SWC, tuve la fortuna de irme a subir hasta Sabas Nieves uno de los puntos deportivos y favoritos por los caraqueños para ejercitar su cuerpo, mente y alma rodeado a la magia de la inmensidad de estas montañas. Antes de irme a la jornada de trabajo, visité Sabas Nieves y disfruté del hermoso amanecer que nos regaló la mañana.
Fue una ruta bastante agradable y a pesar de que hice varias paradas para tomar fotografías y hacer algunos videos para esta publicación no me demoré mucho en llegar al punto de Sabas Nieves. También el clima esa mañana estaba bastante agradable, la brisa de la mañana y el frío se hicieron notar de principio a fin del trayecto. Así que aproveché lo más que pude para relajarme y subir sin el afán de llegar lo más rápido posible, sino que esta vez, me detuve a contemplar el amanecer y la naturaleza.

Actifit, last Sunday, before going to meet with some of the guys from Distrito Capital, who are joining the SWC Community, I had the good fortune to go up to Sabas Nieves, one of the favourite sporting spots for the locals to exercise their body, mind and soul surrounded by the magic of the immensity of these mountains. Before leaving for work, I visited Sabas Nieves and enjoyed the beautiful sunrise that the morning gave us.
It was quite a pleasant route and although I made several stops to take pictures and make some videos for this publication, it didn't take me long to get to Sabas Nieves. Also the weather that morning was quite nice, the morning breeze and the cold were noticeable from the beginning to the end of the ride. So I took as much time as I could to relax and go up without trying to get there as fast as possible, but this time I stopped to contemplate the sunrise and the nature.

Podrás ver en el video las distintas etapas del recorrido y parte de lo que fue el amanecer de esa mañana, hay imágenes realmente bellas y creo que logré capturar lo hermoso de ese lugar y el contraste entre la ciudad y la naturaleza.
You can see in the video the different stages of the route and part of what was the sunrise that morning, there are really beautiful images and I think I managed to capture the beauty of that place and the contrast between the city and nature.
