So humid! - Night Run

I just finished a 8.336km running that lasted about 0hh:41mm:2ss !

We had a storm in the afternoon, and after it stopped raining, even though it dropped a few degrees, down to about 75F (24 degrees Celsius), it stayed extremely humid (above 95% humidity!!) and that made breathing in this soup very uncomfortable. So humid my glasses were fogging up. And of course, I was drenched in sweat just a few minutes in the run. It felt as though I had immersed my entire body and clothes in water. But like I said last time, it's best to put in a few miles when you can, because tomorrow might be stormy again.

Running in the dark, I was kind of distracted today, except the few times I needed to cross a street. So, it's possible I was surrounded by wildlife, but I didn't notice. With this weather and the late hour, definitely nobody else out there.

Overall pace is a bit slow, but with the conditions mentioned, not that bad. The heart rate data shows the trend I noticed a few runs ago. When I struggle on a run, it keeps increasing slowly until it reaches values above my theoretical max. Although I was tired, I'm pretty sure I could have run a little more, and I wonder if it had kept increasing.

Not sure when the next run will be. So till then, keep Exhausting!
