My Actifit Report Card: February 23 2023

Hi Hive Family,

Today was a productive day for me as I achieved three rewards on the Actifit app. The first reward was for completing 5000 steps, which earned me 0.592 AFIT. The second reward was for reaching 7000 steps, which gave me another 1.847 AFIT. Finally, I received 0.231 AFIT for completing other activities.

This morning, I started my day with a great Actifit activity. I ran 3.45 kilometers and cycled 2 kilometers. Before starting my routine, I warmed up and stretched to avoid any injuries. The weather was fantastic, and I felt energized throughout my workout. I enjoyed the scenery and the fresh air, which added to my motivation.
