Today I was training in the gym, it was a long time since I did a few kilometers on the treadmill, it is always good to combine workouts, since all of them give us a specific benefit, training on the treadmill, makes me be more concentrated in my stride, observing through constant repetitions a stride pattern, and that gets even better since we are obliged to maintain a rhythm, which is quite challenging since we can observe even better our body how it reacts. Today the gym was quite lonely, so I was at my full disposal, I started with some stretching exercises, then I put my headphones on and enjoyed my workout to the fullest, super concentrated, every time I advanced a kilometre I put more intensity on the machine to make the treadmill workout even more profitable.
En total hice 5 kilometros en cinta, si que transpire muchisimo, pero me senti muy bien, ya que siento debido a los entrenamientos como aguanto por mas tiempo sin mucha fatiga velocidades mas bajas. Al final de mi entrenamiento en el gym, volvi a estirarme un poco, espere nivelar un poco la temperatura, me cambien y me fui a cumplir mi jornada laboral.
In total I did 5 kilometres on the treadmill, I did sweat a lot, but I felt very good, because I felt that I could run for a longer time without too much fatigue at lower speeds. At the end of my workout in the gym, I went back to stretch a bit, waited for the temperature to level off a bit, got changed and went to work.
