How are you all I hope you are well and healthy Alhamdulillah I am also well and healthy today is the first day of the Arabic month and the first day of the year Muharram one date and English 30th of July I had a good day by the infinite blessings of Allah subhanataala who keeps our body healthy. I will shed some light on it.

The human body is a very important thing that we may not allow time to be. A time seems to have passed. Our body has faced many damages. Then we think of the past days. We do not take care of our body and neglect it. They harm themselves.

Human body is like an engine for example a motorbike when you leave it for one to two years then the motorbike won't start its battery will die down and the engine will have many problems or it may be due to his negligence the motorbike has to be thrown away or You may need to take it to a mechanical garage and have it serviced again

Thus, when we do not take care of our body day after day, our body will become like that motor bike, so it is wise to value time to have time. So today I'm covering 5.2 km on foot with my friends to keep my body healthy as evidenced by turning on phone time exercise on my phone. The number of steps I take and the number of minutes I exercise today will automatically fly by.
