My aunt usually buys this pack of herbal soup for her and her husband. I didn't ask her what the benefit was, but since reading your post here, I think I want to try it out.

Hey @mell79 yes some of these are very similar to usual the usual herbal soup, as most of the ingredients are there; making sure the proportion are balance. That's what I remembered my late uncle told me (who was a Chinese Medicine practitioner)

In that case, I'll have to ask my aunt how to make it. I assumed the packet contained instructions. But if it's in Chinese, I can't read it either. Lol!😜
