Walks disrupted. Twice. My Actifit Report Card: June 1 2022
I had 3 reasons for a high step count on Wednesday:
- Needed 32k to clear the crossbar in @poprzeczka to stay in competition vs @browery & @manuvert
- Quarterfinals of @macfit Champions League- playing vs @allonyx.ngs I wanted to score high to be in a good position for Saturday revenge game
- New @actifit competition by @assassyn
So I woke up early with the intention of doing a long, >2hrs walk before work. Heavy rain made me stay. I did the walk in a shortened version when the rain subsided.
After work I had about 12k steps. Not satisfactory at all. I went for another walk, this time with a nice sunny weather. 45min into it, a colleague from Spain called and said I was needed needed in a call at 18:30. So I returned home and had the call. It ended at 19:30. Still not enough steps so I went out for the 3rd time. And finally made my goals for the day.
