Long winter walk. My Actifit Report Card: November 29 2023

In the morning I had my tyres changed. The garage offered coffee while waiting but I chose a walk instead.
After work I went for a long winter walk with the goal of getting 29k steps - needed to stay in the @poprzeczka competition and challenge @cezary-io and @manuvert. And added motivation was a direct duel with @manuvert in @poliac Golden League.
It was a cold evening- crisp air and frozen snow under my feet. Dressed in my hiking dear I might have looked odd marching thru the town but what do I care what people think. Healthy walk and goals achieved— this is what counts.

anyhow, it was a good healthy walk and I enjoyed the weather. My first 8km were along the river side and in a large park, the rest in the city
