Two dogs. My Actifit Report Card: March 7 2024
My new two friends, Sarna and Rocky, add 7,5k steps each day to my activities this week. Helping a friend who is sick, I am becoming fond of my new walking companions.
The plan for today had been to have a 13km walk after work. Since I managed to finish earlier, the plan has extended a bit. Nice weather, just above freezing point with crisp air and no wind plus a free late afternoon have turned on my „keep walking” mode. I took photos for a planned blog post, made several calls, planned a trip, had coffee and walked, walked, walked…
Today is the first day of a 4-days Final Four tournament which ends @macfit season 15. I cannot match @bucipuci (can only hope to get close enough to mount a challenge over the weekend) but my step count today should put me in league with @manuvert and @danmaruschak.

Damn, with over 30k, I'm pretty sure I'm the worst in the Final Four on Thursday. High level!

I am only stepping in for the owner who is ill, but I do enjoy the walks. I see two different characters (can I say - personalities?). It's very rewarding to see them go from "whose that guy, I am not gonna out with him" to "glad to see you, hurry up with the leash thing and let's go!".
