Routine is good. My Actifit Report Card: March 11 2024

Last Monday I volunteered for morning walks with 2 dogs whose owner was ill. The lady is now back to normal, but I suggested she should take it easy and I offered another week of walking the dogs in the mornings.

The truth is that I liked the two dogs and I want to continue the morning ritual. Wake up at 5:45, leave home at 6, collect the dogs at 6:25, go for a walk as long as the female dogs wants (her male colleague simply follows and never complains), return them and walk home. Breakfast and start my day.

Enjoyable way to start the day taking dogs along for a walk, they tend to relish showing you things you may not notice going alone, great to hear the lady is getting better, simple ask to continue taking the dogs !LOLZ
