Hola a todos mis amigos de SWC espero que se encuentren muy bien en el día de hoy y en esta gran ocasión vengo a traerles unas fotografías de momentos antes de que comenzará la tan esperada Duals Battles 4 edición donde junto a otros atletas nuevamente me quedaría hablando y socializando junto a mi amigo @stephen-sw saldríamos con el uniforme ya listo ara darlo todo en la competencia donde junto a otros atletas esperaríamos el transporte en el cual nos dirigimos al Centro Comercial Parque Los Aviadores dónde llegando nos tomamos fotos en el lugar de las barras, a los alrededores se veía como llegaba la gente a ver la preparación de la competencia, dónde llegarían en ese momento unos atletas con unas paralelas a practicar plancha, victorian, hanstand, etc.. entre todos nos pusimos a activar un poco los músculos antes de la competencia pero sin fatigarnos mucho para no estar tan cansados para la competencia, nos llevamos bastante bien con todos mientras estábamos practicando y yo logré captar varias planchas de los atletas presentes, y la verdad que eso me motivo bastante a seguir mejorando, además de pedir consejos a full y demás, al igual que mi amigo jeter que hizo unos intentos y también pidió consejos para mejorar en su plancha, todo esto mientras se daba inicio a la competencia como tal 💪🏻❤️.

Hello to all my SWC friends I hope you are doing very well today and on this great occasion I come to bring you some photographs of moments before the long awaited Duals Battles 4th edition began where together with other athletes I would once again stay talking and socializing with my friend @stephen-sw we would go out with the uniform ready to give it our all in the competition where together with other athletes we would wait for the transportation in which we went to the Parque Los Aviadores Shopping Center where upon arrival we took photos in the place of the bars, in the surroundings you could see how people arrived to see the preparation of the competition, where at that moment some athletes would arrive with some parallel bars to practice plank, victorian, hanstand, etc. together we started to activate our muscles a little before the competition but without tiring ourselves too much so as not to be so tired for the competition, we got along quite well with everyone while we were practicing and I managed to capture several planks from the athletes present, and the truth is that this motivated me a lot to continue improving, in addition to asking for advice at full And so on, just like my friend Jeter, who tried a few and also asked for tips on how to improve his plank, all while the competition itself was getting underway 💪🏻❤️.
