Description from Strava: Easy run this morning, still focusing on my circular breathing which is slowing me down. I have established a bit of a rythym though, so it's getting easier and feeling a little more natural. I'm not feeling as exhausted though and feel I can go for longer and actually manage the distance. Changing habits for the greater good. Let's keep pushing.
