17.8km Morning Indoor Cycle -

I just finished a 17.8km cycling that lasted about 0hh:35mm:19ss !

Knocked out another morning cycle. Feeling quite fragile, so took it a bit easy, just wanted to burn 200 calls at least and reached my goal.

It's crazy how I burn more than double running in the same amount of time. But every little bit helps and something is better than nothing! Just got to keep moving!
