Morning indoor Cycle

I just finished a 18.4km cycling that lasted about 0hh:34mm:9ss !
Knocked out another cycle this morning. Feeling slightly stronger than the beginning bof the week. Ordered some L-glutamine to help muscle recovery.
Was really pushing today and got a great sweat in!
