Morning Run - Knocked off 8 secs avg pace

I just finished a 4.79km running that lasted about 0hh:42mm:32ss !

Results from this morning's run are in and I'm pretty chuffed. Knocked off 8 secs from my average pace compared to yesterday! We keep pushing and improving!

10.5kms so far for the month! Keen to clock some good kms this month!
