My Actifit Report Card: October 10 2022

Sweaty Monday Hivers!
It's raining and it is the perfect time to burn some calories and fats.
After my office hours, I went straight to the gym and Monday is HIIT time 🤙🏻

But first, I take my Pre-workout snacks
Chocolates and coffee, are a perfect combination to boost my energy. Caffeine for mental alertness and Chocolate for some energy and hyperness

I started with a chest workout using this workout ball and chest press
I also practised my Shooting form.

After an hour,

I started burning calories by doing 20 minutes of boxing.

To make it more effective and intense I shortened my rest time to 20 seconds and another 2 minutes of boxing till' I completed the 3 sets.

This workout is so effective for me as I just maintained my body physique I am already satisfied with just an Athletic body and these workouts that I've been doing for a couple of months improved my cardio and endurance I found myself not easily tired when running or doing an intense workout.

It was a good Monday and I love the pain and soreness as well.

So that's it!

I want that boxing! ang mahal kasi dito 250$ for 10 session. Iyak na lang. hahaha
