Flat tyre and small adjustments...
@ne9en just finished a 26.82km ride, that lasted for 64 minutes.
This ride helped ne9en burn 385.6 calories.
Description from Strava: Well this was a milestone I'd like to have postponed for another 1000 kilometres but it is what it is, after 6 weeks or so, I've had my first flat tyre thanks to a shard of glass, it was big enough to run flat in 200 metres but thanks to the size it was easy to find and with my repair set I was back on the bike in 15 minutes.
I did some testing with small adjustments with saddle setback and tilted my saddle slightly back because I had the feeling of too much weight on my arms.
Good ride, great weather but with stronger winds.
