@ne9en just finished a 83.53km ride, that lasted for 201 minutes.
This ride helped ne9en burn 1514.0 calories.

Description from Strava: And that was my second 50 mile ride, with more wind than lost month the last hour was tough and my legs were burning. I will definitely need to do a lot more of these rides before I can push to 100k.

I visited the small mtb trail in Goudriaan, they didn't only made a new part but also improved the part with elevation at the start, it looks much better now.

Later there will be a video out for this ride on my YouTube channel.

Your legs were burning because on those long endurance rides you need to keep the cadence steady. Not overexert yourself and save energy… which you have to replenish constantly, every 40 minutes. It’s an art, and I’m really enjoying this whole thing of analysing the metrics. 😁

Congratulations πŸ‘

My Garmin warns me every 45 minutes to eat something indeed πŸ‘Œ
The burning was because of the long ride, tough winds and on the way back I wanted to go fast 😁

Cool distance, something I haven't done in a long. Now I feel guilty, I just might do a long ride this weekend :-)
