I think Carrick's tactics were great. Chelsea is a very strong side and being able to get away with a draw like that must have surely took a lot, especially for Man Utd that are going through some trouble recently. I watched the match, it was clear Carrick had done a lot to change the team and make them less vulnerable.

Hhhmm true but don't you think it will have an effect because managing a player like ronaldo in the dressing room and on field you need to be careful with him... His personality when not esteemed can tear the dressing room apart
