Nice one @new.things, what does your core work out involve? I need up get onto core working more. I'm your old school chest back legs shoulders arms guy, never abs or core 😂 im starting to notice not working it a lot more now days as I get older, my back is strong and pulls me back and gut pokes out ha!

Straight after my morning run. I just to some body weight exercises to failure. One set of each chin ups, push ups, crunches, calf raises, squats and a single hand kettle bell swing. I find it's important to keep the core strong for the running. !LOL

Oh sweet very nice, yeah I need to do that type of exercises a lot more, I always wanted to try something like f45 or what ever it is. Either that or do the 300 Spartans work outs, and running and lifting heavy... Hmm. !LOL !hivebits
