new.things just finished a 2.25km run, that lasted for 18 minutes.
This run helped new.things burn 169.0 calories.

Description from Strava: Strava2hive sunrise easy cadence run, still trying not to overdo it on the ankle. Did get my average cadence up to 178. The Garmin graph shows, I seem to slow on the steeper down hills.
