Early morning walk, were I came across these two wallabies.

Three kilometres at a good solid walking pace on a great day.

Easy day around the house sorting and tidying up, has been good getting a week of work.

Afternoon static swim in the pool.
Tied with a rope to the fence, swimming in the pool is very boring and really hard to mix it up but it is cheap and very handy.
For me I love swimming and it feels so good afterwards but so hard to get in and get started especially in the colder months.
Nice afternoon walk as well.
