My Actifit Report Card: October 17 2021
Morning beach, parklands walk and swim in the river. We were up early and the weather looked nice so we thought we would venture somewhere new.
Being a weekend and near perfect conditions, the carparks fill up pretty fast but we got one not too far for where we were hoping for.
Got the 10 k activity step pretty easy just wandering around exploring before the day started to heat up.
The swim was magic still cold and refreshing even at the hottest part of the morning.
Drop into my Mum and sister's place for lunch on the way home.
