My Actifit Report Card: February 2 2022

33 degrees Celsius, think it got 34 but as the graphic says it felt like 40. Not sure how they work it out and I have been in a dry 45 degrees Celsius in country Victoria but this Queensland humid is tough to handle all day at work. Plenty of extra breaks and kept drinking lots of water. Still managed an early run and a late walk to finish the day.
