My Actifit Report Card: April 3 2022
Sunday Morning recovery run along the Wynumn Manly water front.
The weather really turned it on with a magnificent sunrise. We were with a big run club group but other than the first kilometre I ran solo, l didn't want to get chatting away and end up running somebody else's pace as I had a pretty hard workout yesterday. Slow, steady and easy was the goal today.
I was pretty happy with the pace but I did pause my watch to snap a few photos.

After the run and a quick dip in the Wynnum wading pool, l visited my mother and sister, as well as a few chores around my place and a short afternoon stroll to lose the legs up.
