My biggest actitivity step count on actifit so far, I think. Early long run/walk with some running friends.
A little dip in the pool and a short midday power nap rest up a bit before some yard chores and tidying up in my shed.

Finished off a good weekend with a recovery walk down by the bay at the dog beach
