My entry into @bucipuci s Around the world: Challenge #8/3
Is a photo I took of Table Top Mountain, in Toowoomba Region about 1 and half hours drive west of Brisbane, Australia. We hike up the mountain which was short pretty technical, with a bit of rock scrabling to make it to the flat spot on the top.

The activity count for this report was a hard morning run, some walking at work inbetween installing a pump control panel then an afternoon easy run, all up a pretty busy day. The second run workout of the day even though was slow and easy definitely had me feeling aliveandthriving.
