My Actifit Report Card: September 23 2022

Public holiday day off work sleep in. Then a six kilometre walk/run. We had a bit of rain overnight which makes the bush look aliveandthriving.

I was thinking about a bike ride after the run but the rain set in so I had to settle for cycling indoors for an hour on the wind trainer.

The rest of day was catching up on house chores, a couple of trips to the shops and setting up a chromecast unit on the old TV as we were having issues with the old set top box.
