Morning run at Sirromet Winery parkrun. photo credit to the parkrun volunteer photographer. There was only a small turn out as even on a nice day it is one of the harder 5 kilometre parkrun courses in Brisbane. Out the back of all the vineyards starting and finishing in a large out door entertainment area then along a lot of dirt and gravel paths in the winery's estate.

Also squeeze in an afternoon walk and some house chores to start the month
