My Actifit Report Card: January 26 2023

A wallaby on the move. This one had us quessing, it looked right, but must not have like what it had seen so it took off left. It must have been pretty young as it's chest was very white and clean.

A pretty easy Australia Day public holiday for me just an early run, a bit of yard work and the afternoon stroll.

It was good to catch up on a bit of yard work as every grows really fast in the hot humid Queensland summer season.

Great to see poliac will be back on again soon.

Nice and hot here in SA as well! Too hot to go do gardening in the middle of the day. Late afternoon maybe I will putter around the garden.

Always appreciate the wallaby pics! They are very different from out wildlife!

Yes, we try and get stuff early or late on the hot days too. The midday sun can be very draining.

Yes I have seen and heard the Hawaiian Climate is similar to Queensland's. I have not been there since the 1980s. I have heard there are some people trying to start parkrun there. Could be another good reason to try and make it back over there one day

We are lucky to have a nature reserve close by and we get to see lots of wallabies and lizards as well as the odd snake and on the rare occasion a koala 🐨
