My Actifit Report Card: March 5 2023
We visited Yarrabilba parkrun this morning for our regular weekly free timed run. Afterwards, we had a bit of pinic in their park before heading out to do a little bit of exploring. We had noticed a new rail trail sign board as we drove into town.
A lot of the smaller towns on the out skirts of Brisbane have been redeveloping old disused train lines and turning them into multi used trails for walking, hiking, cycling, and even horse riding.
This one is only new and they have only finished 3.5km of it. There are plans to extend it to around 40km through the Australian bush.
It was good being out and about exploring before heading to my mother's place for lunch and then home to catch up on some house and yard chores.
Got another walk in the afternoon to finish a busy day.
