Morning sunrise on the morning walk in the nature reserve. Can be a very peaceful and quiet spot most of the time, though we do get the odd illegal teenager on a motorbike. Sometimes, we even get the odd bicycle with a wiper sniper motor adapted to it, which can be annoying, but it is good to see some home engineering.

We came across this amazing multi-level spider Web as well.

Made it to my mother and sister's place for lunch and did some garden work around their house.

Did some strength training as well as an after stroll.
