My Actifit Report Card: March 23 2023
I have been doing a lot more weight training while I have been not running and trying to get my ankle 100%. Today was legs.
Warmed up with some body weight squats, then did 30 mins of
Dead lift
Weight squats
Leg extensions
Assisted single legs squats
and finished off with calf raises.
All light weights 6 sets of 6 repetitions.
Busy day at work with a morning power walk and an evening stroll to get the 26k activity count.
