Back to some running helps build a bigger activity count in less time.

The ANZAC public holiday meant I was able to get into my shed and start sorting a lot of junk out. Over the years, I have saved a lot of unused work related stuff, which has come in very handy from time to time, but nowadays, stuff gets out of date quickly and becomes useless. So it can all go. I just need the time.

If l can get the shed sorted and make some space. I want to set it up as a pain cave gym.
