My Actifit Report Card: May 10 2023

Two short workouts and an afternoon stroll, plus work, keeps me busy and off the streets.

A motor at work failed, we tried to clean it up in house and get it going again but it was too far gone, two open circuits on 3 of the windings just keep tripping the protective circuit breaker.

My short morning indoor cycling workout seems to be kinder on my ankle than running, I will just have to try and do more workouts on the bike for a while.

The strength training is coming along nicely and I was able to increase the weight across a number of exercises, but I think I need to keep this new weight load for a while until my body can adapt.
