My Actifit Report Card: May 14 2023

A busy mother day in our part of the world. I still got an hour in indoor cycling on the wind trainer and a short, easy run before visiting my mum for lunch.

I forgot to get a photo of the flower we got her from our local flower farm. It was well worth going to the flower farm instead of the local shopping centre. Not only was it 30% cheaper but he flowers were twice as nice.

Got some yard chores done in the afternoon before a short walk and a combined upper and leg weight training session.
