There is a slight increase in the overall weekly running, but it is mostly easy, so there is no VO2 max change..

We got some nice full moon weather for a few photos. The first was at night, and the second was first thing in the morning. I guess we are looking at different sides of the moon.

This activity count was made up of a morning indoor cycling, a midday walk, and an evening leg weight training session.
