My Actifit Report Card: March 17 2024

How is that for a bit of a cool Harry Potter style tree from the movie The Order of the Phoenix. I am not really sure what type of tree it was, but it was definitely eye-catching with all the exposed and raised root system.

We were there for a morning run and a little morning tea picnic. The rest of the day was house and yard chores as well as an afternoon stroll in the local nature reserve.
