My Actifit Report Card: March 29 2024

First off, I thought I had photographed a grass hopper sitting on some of our electrical conduits at work but after a quick google, I think it is a Green Grass Pyrgomorphidae, which are quite different.and common in and around Brisbane.

We were also treated to a pretty nice sun rise for the last day of work before our Easter break.

Fitness wise, it was the morning run and an afternoon stroll.
