My Actifit Report Card: June 15 2025
parkrun country number 9. It is always exciting to do an event in a different country and meet some new people. With some good summer weather and the other nearby parkrun event closed for a music festival, there was a bigger crowd than they usually get.
There are 22 parkrunning countries at the moment, so I am not even halfway.
The course was pretty flat on the top of a hill just outside the city centre. We caught a local bus there and a tram back to enjoy some of the views.
My time was a bit off my best, but all the tourist walking we like to do seems to take a bit of a toll.
My cadence is improving all the time. It is funny to see the near sprint start and finish.
Lots of zone 4 meant I was working pretty hard for a 25:34 minute 5 kilometre run
