My Actifit Report Card: June 22 2025

Yesterday's parkrun had me working pretty hard for an average time, but they all count and, I think, helped get me over some of the jet lag.

My cadence average seems to be a bit higher, but it would be nice to get it out er 170 and hopefully closer to 180 in the future.

It's starting to get a bit cold here too and one of the neighbours has a new fire.

Oh, I wondered where you were going to use that photo of the neighbour's lights! !LOL I don't know how they change it all the time but it's fun to see what they have done each time we pass by. !INDEED
