A trip to the dentist didn't really help my activity count, but the regular check-up and clean is good piece of mind. There were some overhead power line works on the way that held us up for a few minutes, but we always leave early enough to deal with any unexpected delays. We don't get to Mount Gravatt often, but it is a nice little shopping village. There are closer dentists, but I have been going to this one for more than 20 years. He is a medibank preferred operator, which means there is no gap with my medical insurance.
