I sold all my gold and silver coins! I didn't have that much, and they didn't go far, but it felt like a good time to offload them. I sold them to my son. He is just learning about all the different assets classes. I let him have them for around what a dealer would buy them off me for. That is a good deal for him, and that is a lot more than what I paid for them a few years ago. Fitness wise, I only did an easy hour on the indoor bike for a bit of cross training.
