Weekend Grind - My Actifit Report Card: March 30 2024

A busy day but I started early and prioritized a good workout despite the continued feeling of not being up to it. I got to the treadmill early after my morning coffee and did my mix of jog and cooldown which had me well ahead for the day. I continued from my workout to get the chores done in the yard so that added to the activity.

The afternoon shifted to errands and some meetings on some of the endeavors I still have going as they need to be focused on to keep them rolling in order for progress. Much like my fitness, it is a slow grind given the time and attention I can provide these days but as long as the ball is rolling, I feel that the progress can build into completion soon.
