Ready to Recover - My Actifit Report Card: April 25 2025
It was a long week both mentally and physically so I came into the day careful to not push too much so did not get much done during the day as I focused on work so that I could have the evening for the family and myself. I did feel that without any early activity, my energy levels were quite low the rest of the day. Not even am extra cup of coffee could help me get going before heading to the gym with the family for our weekly GTX class.
We got to the gym a ltlle early which let me get in the treadmill for a warm up walk before the class. It helped a bit but I felt some soreness which made me take the class a little slower than usual. Instead of pushing Zone 3 with sprints, I focused on my weights a bit as I felt more energy there and more time to recover this weekend. Happy to have the weekend ahead although some chores await.
