Progressive Speed - My Actifit Report Card: May 1 2025
Today I got off to another early start to get ahead of the day and to get a good start to the new month. I still want to work on my pace during runs so I did 45 minutes on the treadmill this morning. I started at a higher pace and increased the speed every 5 minutes. I was surprised that I could hold off at the higher pace after the time that had passed. It shows that the body can go beyond expectations quickly.
Work was not too bad so I was able to get out early and have a good protein filled meal with the family. The coming days will remain a challenge with the filled list I have of things to do. However, fitness remains front and center and I will continue to push to breakthrough the current plateau before Summer arrives. Looking forward to the weekend although it will be another busy one.
