Lost the Worm - My Actifit Report Card: May 5 2025
I found myself well rested this morning so headed to the gym at the hotel after my coffee. I was surprised to see all the treadmills being used so I missed my chance to get what I wanted done this morning. I got on the stair machines while waiting for a spot on the treadmill. It took 8 minutes to get a spot and I went straight to a progressive jog as I wanted to limit to half hour to ensure I wasn’t blocking someone else. It was intense as I increased the pace more often than usual.
I ended that morning session with a 5K on the treadmill so a strong start. The rest of the day was somewhat slow given the meetings I attended. It wasn’t until the afternoon that I took a walk for Dinner which helped me easily get past my daily goal. I will need to adjust my alarm clock to avoid another battle for catching the worm tomorrow.
